Two computers playing WoW. How to setup Keyclone?

I just bought Keyclone but I'm totally in the dark and any tutorials I read aren't making it clear yet.

I have a desktop and a laptop both running Windows 7 64-bit. I'm Playing WoW. I'm running my main on the Desktop and an alt on the laptop. I basically want to have my alt follow my main in PvE and help with attacking.
I have a few questions...
Do I even need Keyclone to do this?
Does Keyclone need to run on both computers?

Thanks for any info you have. Totally confused so far.
most boxers today use one machine to run their crew. personally, i run 5 on one machine that is 4+ yrs old across 2 monitors. my 4 alts in a 2x2 configuration on the other screen and my main maximized full screen on my main monitor.

if you're 2-boxing, the optimal way is to run 2 monitors on one computer and have one wow on each, maximized full screen.

if you'd like a proper description / intro to boxing, jump into vent and i'll give you the multiboxing 101
