I am trying to WL for a fresh SoO 10 man, reset was today, and it is still saying giving me a raid lock conflict. i reset my instances, and it is still happening, i also downloaded the new OQ. And still having the same issue.

We are aware there may still be a issue with the lockouts, however we have not had a chance to address it as of yet. We are hoping to release a update in the near future to address the issue.

I just read the bug fixes, does the hard restart, mean to restart the entire comp.? or just the application? might need some clarification on that one, for the not , so compu literate lol.
