How to fix this problem? happened during an older update randomly, just updated didnt fix it. /oq fixui doesnt change it.

whoa, that's a mess.  try this:
/oq set height 0

should reset height.  then try to grab the lower right and resize it a bit.  then /reload.

please make sure to have 1.8.4e installed
