PHP error on site

tried to change my email address that i registered with (originally was on mailinator..but that doesn't save mails for too long - i need a more long-lasting mail storage in case i win one of the raffles) ... got that PHP error instead. :(

i tried again today to change my email address... same fatal error appeared... i think it has not been fixed yet :(
