When I invite people on my waitlist, it shows up on my screen that they auto declined the invite. This is for 100% of the people. Sometimes they whisper me via btag telling me they are trying to WL.

I did the following:

1) Removed WTF/Cache/Interface folder, restarted WOW then installed only 1 Addon - Oqueue, using the latest version 1.97b

2) Restarted my computer

This often happens to me. I have found that 80% of the problem is the opposite party not having the current, updated version of OQ. And other times it just takes awhile to get the invite sent through since the most recent realm merger (or so I have noticed). Sometimes inviting them directly from your Friends List and not from the OQ WaitList will work.

since last monday, aug 4th, there have been issues with b.net delivering friend requests. they seem to be hit or miss during peak times. of course, this will cause problems with oQueue, as oQueue relies on b.net in order for it to work.

i'm sure the guys @ blizz are working on it and are aware of the issue. it'll most likely clear up as they resolve it
