My versions is 1.9.3c ; current version is 1.9.5

Why am I gettting this error on a minor version update? Second, why is "Version X.X.X is avaible" plastered on my screen every single time a 3 decimal point minor version is relased? X.X.5, X.X.6a, X.X. 6b..X.X.6z..ect...

This is way beyond obnoxious.

what you believe is minor is incorrect.

minor updates are lettered. these are patches between main updates. this has been mentioned numerous times. number changes are main updates and major updates usually are reserved for protocol changes and require a mandatory update.

if the 30 seconds that it takes to unzip the file is too much to bear, might I suggest using icebox (http://solidice.com/icebox). with icebox you can update oQueue in less then 5 seconds.

Ive deleted all OQ files from my PC, reDLd OQ, and STILL says i got 1.9.0 when i log into game. Please help

sounds like you're updating the wrong folder

try using icebox

icebox wont conflict with curse client?

curse doesn't have oQueue (or shouldn't).

run icebox, check oQueue, hit update. restart wow

Followed your instructions. Still says 1.9.0 when i log in. :(

Ok I got it working. The problem may have been I had OQ in several different locations. Once i deleted all the files and reDLd icebox it worked. One more question though. When i exit icebox after updating, how do I bring it back up? In the case of future updating.

just leave icebox on your desktop and run it when needed.
