I don't make it a practice to hijack other users' threads, but the situations seem to be quite similar.

I also have begun having this problem as of 09/04. Began SoO 25N this morning and cleared up to Nazgrim. At that point I was invited to a 10-man, also at Nazgrim, outside of oQueue. That group cleared up to Spoils. Attempting to queue for anything, either Spoils or beyond, is now giving me the "Not Qualified: Raid Lockout" error. I have verified that I am using 1.9.9a and that the RL's lockout is higher than mine. I have also removed oQueue's cache and WTF files, as well as re-installing the addon completely.
