OQ not showing average item level when i am inspecting someone

It will just show that the average item level as 0 and I have the option checked in Oq to show it... here is a picture

this is usually due to a conflict with another addon (ie: TipTac)

try disabling any addons that put things on the tooltip and see if things change.
