I have heard so many great things about this add on and I am very disappointed that it doesn't seem to work. I have tried looking at many forums and youtube videos on this however it just does not seem to work :(

Mine has not worked since 1.8.5 came out, everything was working up to 1.8.4 then when I up dated 1.8.5, when I log into WOW it is reverted back ot 1.6.0 I have done everything that I am supposed to, including with todays new update of 1.8.6, but it still only comes up as 1.6.0 in the game. I have downloaded it, unzipped it, put it in the WOW and interface and addon folder but it still does not work.

You will really have to give us more specifics on WHAT doesn't work. Does the addon not update to the latest version? Do you get a error message? Do you just not see premades? Help us, help you...

You are installing the addon in the wrong WoW folder. Some users have mutliple WoW installs on their compter. You need to find the correct one and install the addon there. Click here for a tutorial on finding the correct location. 
 

I had to delete everything Oqueue off my computer and reinstall it and now it is finally working. Unless there is a major change to WOW, please leave Oqueue like this until the new expansion comes out.
