I've tried several times to add my character. I have added my first one. But still cant add another. Maybe it is because it uses Russian letter <Й> (Тостерубийца) Can someone help me? (Тостерубийца) - Гордунни (Gordunni)

Go to your armory, is it updating? You can check this by removing gear and checking it or checking the date at the bottom to see if it is updating.

If it is not updating then you will not be able to add your character until Bliz fixes armory.

This is a problem for some US realms, you may also be having this issue.
