Was sure i had downloaded icebox before but, dont see it in my programs. Want to update my oQueue so I tried downloading icebox again. Now it keeps getting stuck on Waiting for server response

the icebox server currently resides on the same nodes as the web server. as such, the web server is taking priority. I'll be moving the icebox server to a different box to spread the load around... but that won't be until after this update cycle. once the majority of web traffic calms down, icebox should return to normal

for now, i've bump up the priority of the icebox server a bit which will hopefully allow it to process the requests
