When I click the download button, it linked to a *download started* page, but nothing happen.

And no other site(place) to download this ?

I used IE10 and google chrome

When you press download, on the bottom left of chrome the file will showup on a bar. If you watch my how to install a addon tutorial you will see exactly what happens.
