How do I turn off this loot confirmation box?

Since I'm not getting a reply, let my rephrase this.

After the recent update, OQueue recieved the following changes and addition.

v1.9.1 BUGFIX: verify group and slot numbers
BUGFIX: removed forced PVPUIFrame load. would force load before player exclusion preference loaded
UPD: won't clear a marker if none set on the main premade tab; allows for manual setting
UPD: modified hop such that if a msg arrived via b.net w/ a TTL of 0, it would dump into oqgeneral to tell the realm
UPD: 'time drift' on the setup panel now reflects variance from scorekeeper time
UPD: if qualified is checked, groups in an active bg will not be seen
add: loot method acceptance dialog; results of your choice will echo to chat, thereby providing a record for Blizz

That final line bolded, is what concerns me. Is there a way to turn it off in game?
I searched the setup tab but found no check boxes relating to it; maybe cause im blind, but i'd still like for someone to give me a straight forward answer on this.

Seems to me the loot dialog is rather irrlevant, because group loot, need before greed, and master loot are all far too broad and open to interpretation by players for blizzard to do anything if there is a loot problem.
there will be an option on the setup tab in 1.92

as for being too broad, that's a blizz problem. this allows the loot rules to be announced so it can't sneak up on you and your acceptance in chat, kind of like being on the record. if ninja'd and reported, the blizz gm can see the info and gives them more recourse

I understand Tiny, but the problem is this record does nothing, because it is not specific enough for blizzard to take any action if something goes wrong.
Would kinda like it to Not pop up every time I enter a dungeon or when raiding with my guild. oQ only groups maybe.
Tiny, 98% of the time lootrules in OQ groups are [Master Looter] with MS>OS rolls, it hardly ever "sneaks up" to you. Problem is that leader rarely states that it is [MS>OS rolls] in chat, so if you could instead force the leader via OQ to announce loot rules in chat(give it a few default choices and "other" option where leader has to write it himself).
That way we'll know lootrules and would get help from GM if any loot issues arise or if no loot rules are stated in chat, party would know that something's up(modified OQ for example and intention to steal).
Now since you added this dialog box, people usually choose that they accept master loot and if no further rules (MS>OS rolls) are stated, it makes situation even worse, since party acknowleged and accepted master looter.
having the leader state the rules via oQueue is pointless, as any ninja would have modified their oQueue

in 1.92, i have changed it so accepting the loot rules does not say anything in chat. this would cover 98% of the groups.

you also have the ability to hit esc to clear w/out answering (implying accept), click the 'x' button in the corner (another implied accept) or uncheck the option on the setup panel
