When im using oq and am browsing a rated bg list for example and then choose to filter with the 'qualified' checkbox I still get some games listed that the wait list button is grayed out instead of red and pressable. Is this because that host has blocked me am I actually not qualified for some reason? Or is it just a glitch with the addon?

The button greys out when that group is currently in a battleground. You cannot waitlist for a group that is already in a match, you have to wait until they come out.
