First off: Great add on, very efficient and helpful.

As for me, unless i really feel like it, there's some days where i just dont care and dont feel like leading be it a raid or RBG. I know that you can click pending to join a group and do it on multiple groups. The wait list will only hold 30-no big deal. However you sit there and try and join a group and maybe they dont want your class etc. And unfortunately the group disappears and so sometimes you sit there waiting awhile to find a group.
 
Was wondering if there could be a "lobby" setup, just like the "find premade" tab. Like have a tab for "List my name" when by yourself. You can jump into the lobby-unable to see who else is waiting (Have a notes tab and recommend what the person is looking for). Then another option: "Lobby search" for a premade creater (appears with wait list). They can view all that are waiting in lobby, able to sort  between Tank/Dps/healer. Have oqueue list current spec and relevant stats based on what they are in the lobby waiting for (Ilvl, pvp power/MMR for BGs/Arenas) I think this would be handy because the player can request to join groups, but also list their name in case they miss a group. Groups can also looking for that specific type of class/spec aside from those waiting too.

We are very adamant on oQueue always being looking for more, not looking for group. If we create this "lobby" feature, it now becomes a LFG, a majority of people would probably just stop waitlisting for groups, and expect leader to invite them out of this "lobby".

We want to enocourage people to step into leadership roles and lead groups, to encourage this we place the burden on the "waitlisters" and not the group leader. The group leader is taking the time to create the group, so "waitlisters" need to take the time to waitlist for their groups.
