Cant make a chartacter where it says submit?

i wondering if i'm doing something wrong here, i follw the steps name etc but little mining orc never moves past step 1 what is going on here

The submission function also requires javascript to be enabled.
I tested the character submission in Internet explorere 10. It worked fine. What version of IE are you running? If you are on 9 or lower I would recommend upgrading to atleast 10, the latest version is 11 I believe.
