Yeah can't seem to download the newest version

What behavior are you experiencing Wamp? I am able to download and it seems with out fix the issues cleared up for others.

it still just says Downloading. I copy and paste the file to my cache, and it still just shows that i have 1.9.5

nevermind i got it now. lol
