Im constantly seeing "that person is on your block list". How do i prevent this from happening?

i believe that is a blizz message.  bring up your friends list and check teh 'ignore' tab

if you have OQSK on the list, remove it.   that's the oQueue scorekeeper and you can be auto-friended due to some weird blizz backed stuff

I found it in my ignore list and removed it, thank you for the help.
