Ok so i tried to get in to the public vent area shown in the premade tab of oQ's interface, brought up vent and typed in the info and then it came of as i have been banned. Thing is i have only ever used my own vent accounts so i am a bit lost. Do you have to make a room or what? Also if this is an issue i have to take up with someone else i need to know.

Solid ICE has not control over the wow public vent.
