How exactly does the new oqueue integrate with the new Blizzard premade finder?

I'm asking this because I saw somewhere due to "issues" this might not have the same searching range as does the blizzard one...

all data comes from the GroupFinder, as per blizzard's design. the data available is far from complete... but this is also by design. blizzard restricts the data to no more then 100 groups and also by your language area (there could be other factors, this is what i know at this time).

prior to 6.02, oQueue had no such restrictions and showed groups from all realms using the mesh network via battle.net.

to understand how much you're missing, on a typical wednesday evening, oQueue would have 500+ groups going at any one time.
